I didn’t win the genetic Powerball.

I’m Josh Turek, and I didn’t exactly win the genetic lottery.
My dad was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam, which caused me to be born with spina bifida, club feet, and only one hip socket. I underwent 21 surgeries by age 12 and have used a wheelchair for as long as I can remember.
However, I’ve been incredibly fortunate in other ways.
I had a long and fulfilling wheelchair basketball career that included four Paralympics and two gold medals for Team USA. I spent two terms fighting for Iowans in the State House. This summer, I won the Democratic nomination to be Iowa’s next Senator, and with your help, we’ve managed to take this race from Likely R to Toss-Up.
I’m just hoping my luck persists through Election Day.
Here’s the situation:
MAGA is spending $100+ million to keep their grip on Iowa.
The race is tied in the polls.
I don’t take corporate PAC money.
I may not have won the genetic lottery, but with your support, winning this Toss-Up U.S. Senate race is still possible. Will you pitch in before our final End-of-Month fundraising deadline on Oct. 31st?
